3/4 Cup churned Oats (alternatively breadcrumbs, suji or besan can be used)
1 Shredded Beetroot
1 small shredded Carrot
2 parboiled medium shredded Potatoes (alternatively sweet potato can be used)
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
Finely chopped Coriander
Some Mint Leaves
Salt as per taste
3-4 chopped mildly roasted Walnuts
White Sesame Seeds
Oil
