You have to try these Crispy Sweetcorn Fritters! They make a wonderful party starter that everyone, from kids to elders, will absolutely love.

Take 2 raw sweetcorn, remove the kernels. |

Blend half kernels into smooth puree and remove into mixing bowl. |

Into that add remaining whole corn kernels. |

Along with that add finely chopped a small piece of carrot, one medium size onion finely chopped, 1/2 medium size green capsicum, a small bunch of fresh coriander finely chopped, 2-3 green chillies finely chopped, a few meant leaves, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp whole cumin seeds and 1/4 cup chickpeas flour. |

Mix everything well, do not add water at this stage. |

This batter should be thick (do not make it runny). |

Now heat oil in kadai, I have taken Fortune Kapasia Oil, which keeps food fresh for long time. |

Once the oil is hot, with help of your hand, fry the sweetcorn fritters on medium flame till you get golden color. |

Once it’s done, sprinkle some chat masala on top. |
