1 cup Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Besan (Chickpea Flour)
1/2 cup Finely Shredded Gobi (Cauliflower)
1/4 cup Shredded Carrot
Fresh Coriander (chopped)
1 medium Onion (shredded)
Small piece of Ginger (finely chopped)
3-4 Garlic Cloves (pounded)
2 Green Chilies (pounded)
Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
Salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp Haldi (Turmeric) Powder
Chili Powder (to taste)
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Oil or Butter (for cooking)

In a bowl, mix 1 cup wheat flour with 2 tbsp besan, 1/2 cup finely shredded gobi, 1/4 cup shredded carrot, fresh coriander, 1 medium shredded onion, finely chopped ginger, pounded garlic, and pounded green chilies.

Add 1 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ajwain, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, chili powder to taste, and 1 tsp coriander powder to the mixture.

Combine everything well and knead into a soft dough. Add water only if necessary. Apply a little oil before rolling the dough (no need to rest the dough as the veggies will release water).
