Take 200-250 gm raw mango (medium size 2 mangoes), peel and cut into small pieces. |

Now in a chopper, take chopped raw mangoes, 2 medium size chopped onions, 2-3 green chilies, a small bunch of coriander and a few mint leaves (optional). |

Chop everything coarsely, take the mixture out in a bowl. |

Into that add black salt as per taste, 2 tsp coriander powder and a small piece of jaggery (approximately 1 tsp) for balancing the taste |
