200-250g Mango (approx. 2 medium), peeled and chopped
2 medium Onion
2-3 Green Chillies
Small bunch of Coriander
Few Mint leaves
Black salt
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Jaggery

Take 200-250 gm raw mango (medium size 2 mangoes), peel and cut into small pieces.

Now in a chopper, take chopped raw mangoes, 2 medium size chopped onions, 2-3 green chilies, a small bunch of coriander and a few mint leaves (optional).

Chop everything coarsely, take the mixture out in a bowl.

Into that add black salt as per taste, 2 tsp coriander powder and a small piece of jaggery (approximately 1 tsp) for balancing the taste

Mix everything well

- You can store in fridge for 4-5 days and have it with roti ar dal chawal.
