1 Wood Apple (Kotha)(broken, pulp scooped out)

2 tsp Oil

1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)

2-3 cloves Garlic

2-3 Green Chillies

a big bunch Coriander

1 to 1.5 tsp Jaggery (Gud)(adjust to taste)

Some Black Salt (Sanchal)to taste

Break & Scoop 1 wood apple and keep the flash aside. |

Now in a pan, heat 2 tsp oil. Into that add 1 tsp Jeera, 2-3 cloves of garlic - sauté till garlic turns golden color. |

Let it cool down a bit. |

Now in a chopper of mixer jar, take the flash of wood apple, add cooked jeera and garlic, add 2-3 green chillies, a big bunch of coriander, 1-1.5 tsp jaggery (according to your taste as wood apple is very sour), some black salt. |
