Methi ki Kadhi is a flavorful and nutritious dish in Indian cuisine that combines the goodness of fenugreek leaves (methi) with a spiced yogurt-based curry. In a bowl, mix curd and gram flour to avoid lumps. |

Add about 1 ½ cups of water to this mixture. |

Heat some oil in a pan. |

Add ginger-garlic-green chilly paste. |

Once roasted, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. |
