Soak 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup tuvar dal, and 1/2 cup yellow moong dal for 2 hours. Pressure cook with salt, 1/2 tsp haldi, and 3 cups of water for 3 whistles. |

Blanch 200 gm palak and blend into a smooth puree. |

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add 1.5 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp hing, finely chopped ginger, and 4-6 garlic cloves. Sauté well. |

Add 1 chopped onion, 1/2 tsp haldi, 2.5 tsp dhaniya, chili powder to taste, and 1 tsp garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes. |

Mix in 2 chopped tomatoes, some finely chopped carrot, boiled sweet corn (optional), and 1/2 cup fresh green peas. |

Pour in the palak puree and cook for 7-10 minutes until well blended. Combine the cooked dal-rice mixture with the prepared palak masala and mix well. |
