2 tbsp Hot Oil
as needed Water

Palak pakoda, also known as spinach fritters, is a popular Indian snack made from fresh spinach leaves coated in a spiced gram flour batter and deep-fried until crispy and golden brown. These pakodas are a great tea-time snack or appetizer.

In a bowl, add chopped spinach.
Add besan/
Now add green chilli paste , salt and some hot oil.

Mix all ingredients together.
Then add water as needed and make pakoda batter.
Now heat up oil.

Then, fry pakodas till get nice crispy and golden brown.
Enjoy with a cup of tea.
