Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. |

Toss chopped pumpkin and red bell pepper with 2 teaspoons of oil, salt, and pepper. |

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until charred. Alternatively, you can air fry them. |

Remove the skin from the bell pepper. |

In a mixer jar, combine roasted pumpkin, bell pepper, and Feta cheese. Blend until smooth to make the dip. |

For the topping, coarsely chop roasted Pecan Nuts, coriander, and green chilli. Mix them with honey (or Maple Syrup) and salt. |
