Sprouted moong paratha is a delicious and nutritious Indian flatbread made by stuffing whole wheat dough with a mixture of sprouted moong (mung beans) and spices. 

Sprouted moong beans are packed with essential nutrients, including vitamins (such as vitamin C, vitamin K, and various B vitamins), minerals (like iron, potassium, and magnesium), and dietary fiber. These nutrients contribute to overall health and well-being.

Steps

In a chopper, take sprouted Moong and coarsely grind them.
Transfer in a mixing bowl.
In the same chopper, take a small Ginger Knob,1 Garlic Clove, Green Chillies.
Coarsely grind the mixture and transfer in the bowl of sprouts.

Add freshly chopped Coriander Leaves.
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, a pinch of Asafoetida Powder, and1 tbs Oil.
Add Salt as per taste and mix it.
Add 1 cup Wheat Flour and add Water gradually and knead a soft dough.

Apply a little oil on the surface of dough.
Roll out few balls from the dough prepared.
Take a dough ball, roll it into dry flour.
Flatten it nice with the help of rolling pin.

Heat the pan & place paratha on it.
Flip and drizzle some Oil.
Cook both the sides until golden-brown.
