Heat up a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add minced ginger and garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. |

In a separate bowl, prepare a slurry by mixing together Maida (all-purpose flour), cornflour, salt, and water. It should be a medium-thin consistency. |

Cover the burger with the top half of the bun. |

Remove the fried burger from the oil and place it on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. |
