Take 300 gm Okra, remove its crown and base tip, Slice vertically into 4 pieces, and leave this cut bhindi for an hour |

Further add 3 big spoon Gram Flour, 2 big spoon Rice Flour, Salt as per taste, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, a pinch of Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder (as per taste), 1 small spoon Dry Mango Powder, and 1.5 tbs Oil and gently mix it for 5 min |

Spices and flour must evenly coat the bhindi |

Place a parchment paper in the air fryer tray & grease with oil. Put marinated bhindi in the tray. Air fry for 15-16 min at 180⁰. Check once after 8 min and shuffle the pieces, Air fry for another 8 min |

Remove from the air fryer and leave for 5 min. Take it on a serving plate & sprinkle Chaat Masala and enjoy Scrumptious Crunchy Kurkuri Bhindi |
